We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Nanit purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 45-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, all smart nursery apparel and wearable sensors must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original Nanit box, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is free from any signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
